Alzheimer’s Care at Willow Towers:
The Phoenix Neighborhood
Our Phoenix Program provides extra care for those with Alzheimer’s
and other memory challenges. We are licensed by the New York State Department of Health as a Special Needs Assisted Living Residence (SNALR). Each individual is assessed by our team of
care professionals who develop a individualized, customized program. Our
Phoenix Neighborhood is a secure floor offering oversized studio apartments
and an outdoor patio area. Using a creative approach, activities are designed
specifically for cognitive and social stimulation. Our warm and inviting Alzheimer’s care neighborhood allows each resident to flourish in a nurturing environment supervised by caring and able staff.
Phoenix residents receive assistance as needed with a variety of services.
Our Registered Nurse customizes care programs to meet the needs of any
Phoenix Neighborhood resident.
Our Alzheimer’s housing services include:
- Three delicious meals daily
- Bathing, dressing and grooming
- Medication management administered by nurses
- Blood pressure monitoring, as prescribed
- Medication ordering and delivery follow-up
- Staff supervision
