Willow Towers, The Beverly and Alfred J. Green Pavilion, is a not-for-profit Assisted Living Community licensed by New York State Department of Health (ALR) with two certifications for enhanced assisted living (EALR) and special needs assisted living (SNALR).  Our community features lovely apartments and an extensive array of supportive living services. Our apartments are offered on a rental basis with customized care packages available.

Our Phoenix Neighborhood, which is licensed as a special needs assisted living residence (SNALR), is located on a separate secure floor.  The Phoenix Program caters to the special needs of residents with Alzheimer’s and related challenges. Each resident’s individual needs are assessed by a Registered Nurse at the time of move-in. A carefully designed activity program engages Phoenix residents in stimulating ways to maximize their quality of life.

Who is Eligible?

We are a private-pay community for those aged 65 and older. As a licensed community, Long Term Care Policy holders can qualify for reimbursement on their private policies. Residents of Willow Towers also receive priority access to United Hebrew if the need for skilled nursing care arises, thus providing a continuum of care on one campus.
