Child Day Care Center

The Children’s Corner Nursery School is located on the campus of United Hebrew Geriatric Center and managed by Center Management Associates. The school divides the children into two age groups ranging from 6 weeks to 4 years old. Children’s Corner is open to the children of employees as well as those in the community.

The Children’s Corner operates under a philosophy of fostering creativity and thinking skills through a program of activities that enhance the children’s abilities to communicate, solve problems, practice social skills and imagine experiences for themselves with self-confidence.

UHGC encourages intergenerational programs and interconnectivity between the children and our seniors. With two outdoor play areas on our 7.5 acre campus, we hear laughter and see activity daily. The children often come to our lobby to look at the fish tank. Whenever they walk through our hallways, they interact with our seniors and gaze at our tropical fish. What better way to age well than to live where children are a welcome sight.
