NOTICE: As of February 26, 2007 the main entrance at 391 Pelham Road will be temporarily closed due to construction of our new building. Please use the alternate 60 Willow Drive entrance as described in the directions below.

From Hutchinson River Parkway Southbound (Northern Westchester or Connecticut):

Take Exit 8 (Sanford Blvd). Right off ramp onto Sanford Blvd. Go to 2nd traffic light (past high school) make right turn on Pelhamdale Avenue. Follow Pelhamdale Avenue to the end. Make left turn onto Shore Road which becomes Pelham Road. Go about 1 mile. Pass Willow Towers and the A&P supermarket. Make a left turn on Leland Avenue and a left on Willow Drive.The UHGC nursing center entrance is on the left, 60 Willow Drive.

From Hutchinson River Parkway Northbound (Bronx, Long Island):

Take Exit 7. Turn right onto Boston Post Road. Make right onto Pelhamdale Avenue Follow Pelhamdale to end. Make left onto Shore Road which becomes Pelham Road. Go about 1 mile. Pass Willow Towers and the A&P supermarket. Make a left turn on Leland Avenue and a left on Willow Drive.The UHGC nursing center entrance is on the left, 60 Willow Drive.

From 95 Southbound (Northern Westchester or Connecticut):

Take Exit 15. Left off ramp onto Route 1 (Main St). Go to 2nd traffic light (Past Home Depot) and make right turn on Weyman Avenue. At the 4th traffic light make a left on Pelham Road. Go about half a mile. Pass Willow Towers and the A&P supermarket. Make a left turn on Leland Avenue and a left on Willow Drive.The UHGC nursing center entrance is on the left, 60 Willow Drive.

From 95 Northbound (Bronx, Long Island over White Stone/Throgs Neck Bridges):

Take Exit 15. Right off exit onto Route 1 (Main St). Go to 2nd Traffic light (past Home Depot. Make a right turn onto Weyman Avenue. At the 4th traffic light make a left on Pelham Road. Go about half a mile. Pass Willow Towers and the A&P supermarket. Make a left turn on Leland Avenue and a left on Willow Drive.The UHGC nursing center entrance is on the left, 60 Willow Drive.
