TRIBUTE DONATIONS
Consider making a donation in memory or honor of someone, or to commemorate a holiday, birthday, wedding, or other special occasion. A tribute letter will be sent to the person(s) you designate, and an acknowledgement letter will be sent to you. Just print, complete, and mail or fax our tribute donation form (PDF).

MATCHING GIFTS
If you or your spouse works for an organization with a matching gift program, you can double - or even triple - your gift. Simply obtain the form from your company's Human Resources Department, mail it to us and we'll do the rest!

GIFTS OF STOCK
Making a gift of securities is simple and offers a number of valuable financial benefits:

• You can donate appreciated stocks, bonds or mutual funds
• The total value of the stock upon transfer is tax-deductible
• There is no obligation to pay any capital gains taxes on the appreciation
