To respond to the growing need for Home Health Care, United Hebrew conducts two programs: AZOR Licensed Home Health CareAZOR, our licensed home health care agency, supports the dignity of each
individual in a supportive, nurturing manner in the comfort of their own
home. We provide assistance
in-home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Westchester County and the NYC
boroughs. Long Term Home Health CareOur not-for-profit Long Term Home Health Care Program also known as The Lombardi Program, has provided individuals with an alternative to nursing home placement since 1984. Our program offers options for those requiring skilled services by enabling
them to receive care in their own home under the supervision of their
physician and our coordinated health care team. Our staff is on call 24
hours a day to meet your needs.
