Located on the United Hebrew Geriatric campus, The Low-Savin Residence/Soundview Apartments provides spacious apartments for independent seniors and those with mobility challenges. Our nine story, 135 unit apartment building is designed to provide gracious living for people over 62 years of age. Individuals must also have incomes within the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines to qualify.

• 120 one-bedroom apartments and 15 studio units with fully equipped kitchenettes
• 16 apartments adapted for those with mobility challenges
