Since 1919, UHGC has provided skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to Westchester County and the New York metropolitan area. We are JCAHO accredited, and residents may be cared for by their own credentialed physicians.

UHGC’s resources are rich and varied. We welcome anyone who requires our special brand of nurturing care. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified. We also accept HMOs and private insurances, including long-term care insurance.
