Options in Community Service

• Gift Shop
  Assist in the gift shop selling jewelry, bags, sundries, clothing and more
• UHGC Café
  Help make and serve sandwiches, pastries and popcorn in our Café
• Pet Therapy
  Bring in your gentle pets
• Recreation Department
  Assist at parties, games, intergenerational activities and arts & crafts
• Music Therapy
  Play an instrument, sing, or make music
• Nutritional Assistance
  Spend time with and help feed our residents who can no longer manage on their own
• Religious Services
  Assist at religious services
• Friendly Visits
  Be a friendly visitor, make a new friend, exchange stories, bring in pictures, discuss books, watch a movie, play cards or board games
• Computer Teachers
  Be a part of our Gerontechnology program and teach computer skills to seniors. (Basic computer skills necessary.)
